On-Site Service
Our technicians will go on-site for computer and network repair and installation. Services are normally done Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM. However, because of business requirements, computers are critical, CNA does provide emergency assistance as needed. For more info call 254-8228
Carry In Service(Shop Service) (Shop Service)
Carry-in service means that you can drop off your computer for repair, or even call for pick-up at your business, and take advantage of even lower rates for shop work, plus no minimum rate.
Hourly, Daily, Weekly and Monthly Rate
We have rates that are typically below competition. We also commit to keep the total cost reasonable. When you use larger blocks of time, the savings is substantial!
Consulting
We recognize that buying a new PC may often be the most cost effective decision for you and will recommend that, if that is best for you. We generally don't sell PC's, however, we can assist you with your buying decision. We also consult on networks design and build. We have saved customers $$hundreds on purchases.
Laptops
CNA can troubleshoot most portable computer problems such as software or data problems, but can do only limited hardware repair. Each manufacturer has unique parts for each model, that is not interchangeable with other portables. For these cases, we recommend that maintenance of hardware be done by the manufacturer or their designated Service Rep. Call us first, and we can help you determine what is best for your situation. Upgrades
Many homeowners and businesses upgrade their computers for the performance improvements, or added functions, at a substantially lower cost than buying a new system. We can upgrade memory, add hard drives, CD/ROM or CD/R, faster processors, or add updated software. Call (757) 254-8228 for free estimate!
Refurbished Computers
We typically have refurbished computers in stock, which means upgraded memory, hard drives, Windows reloaded, etc. These computers perform close to new PC standards. They come with a 90 day warranty.
Trade Ins
Frequently we can give you something for your old computer, and you can trade for a refurbished or custom built computer. Sometimes this is the most cost effective way of getting a computer.
Emergency service is normally done at an hourly rate, with a 1 hour minimum (Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm). Some customers prefer to buy "blocks of time", and thus attain significant discounts. Another alternative is to purchase Daily rates or weekly rates, which gives substantial savings.

for as little as $ 25. We have many in stock, or can get them for you, at costs well below what you would pay in a store! We can also educate you as to what benefits that you can get, and where to learn more.
